Dear owners and friends,

I trust you all had a wonderful holiday period and are all looking forward to an exciting 2025  I know i am......

At the back end of 2024 we had our day at the Bong Bong races which was an awesome day and I would like to thank all those in attendance for creating such a memorable occasion. More events will be organized for 2025.

I am also very proud of the fact we have achieved 100% success of runners to winners with Lady Savannah, Altair I Am and Prosperous Dragon all cracking their maiden races and joining ALL the other Equicom horses that have raced. This is very pleasing to me and look forward to "Adeel Its a Steal" joining our illustrious group of winners when he kicks off his career in the coming months. Thank you to all the loyal and patient owners for their faith in our process. 

For the records no horses were purchased at The Magic Millions. The next syndication will be mid-year providing we have the right horse.

Flying Crazy Inglis 6yo Gelding  trained by Team Hawkes, Rosehill - Summary: 34-5:1:5 Prizemoney incl. Bonus: $635,840

Crazy unfortunately picked up a niggling virus, which cut his preparation short. Hence, it was decided to give him a good spell and come back healthy and well for the Autumn carnival. Currently in pre training and set to return to Rosehill around 3rd Feb.

Altair I AM - MM 4yo Gelding  trained by Team Hawkes, Rosehill - Summary: 7-1:2:0  Prizemoney: $71,250

Altair cracked his maiden in style on Boxing Day. He has had a very consistent preparation and set to race at Kensington (inside track at Randwick) tomorrow at 5.15. Good luck owners in this BM 72 over 1800m.

Allapercanto (Swifty)  - Inglis 4yo Filly - Trained by Team Hawkes, Rosehill- Summary: 14-3:2:4    Prizemoney: $139,900   

Swifty had 2 metropolitan (Saturday Sydney) placings out of 4 races in this prep, this may sound successful but we have higher expectations than this and look forward to her return after a good spell. Sometimes horses just struggle to recapture previous form for no apparent reason. Back to the reset and targeting the later part of the Autumn carnival. Spelling until approx 3rd Feb.

Lady Savannah - MM 3yo Filly - Trained by Team Hawkes, Rosehill - Summary: 5-1:0:0    Prizemoney: $35,725

Lady Sav had a well deserved spell after her success at Newcastle, returning to pre training 27th Jan. She is a lovely type but needed a bit more time to grow (furnish) to further develop and compliment her natural ability.

Adeel It's a Steal (Dundeel x Stroak) - 3yo gelding Trained by Team Hawkes - Unraced Adeel was very close to racing after his trials, however the team decided to give him more time as he's a very big / strong horse and assist too mentally mature further. He has tons of ability but it must be harnessed correctly to give him every chance of success in his career. Currently in pre training and heading to Rosehill around 3rd Feb.
